The Marketing Manager will develop, implement, and monitor marketing strategies to enhance the visibility of SearchKarein Jobs. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating market trends, leading marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing budget plans, and analyzing performance metrics to improve overall marketing efforts. Qualifications Expertise in Digital Marketing, Social Media Strategy, and Content Creation Proficiency in Campaign Planning and Execution, Brand Management, and Marketing Analytics Strong skills in Research, Communication, and Leadership Familiarity with Market Analysis, Consumer Behavior Analysis, and Competitive Intelligence Proven ability to work collaboratively with teams and manage multiple projects effectively Experience with data-driven decision-making and using marketing tools and platforms Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus Previous experience in recruitment or job platform industries is advantageous Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
