Key responsibilities
· Strategy and planning: Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies to align with business goals, including creating advertising plans and estimating product demand.
· Market and data analysis: Conduct market research to identify opportunities, analyze campaign performance and ROI, and monitor industry trends.
· Campaign and content management: Oversee the creation and management of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, and develop technical content such as brochures, whitepapers, and website copy.
· Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and engineering teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with product development and to generate leads.
· Budget and team management: Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources, and lead and mentor a marketing team.
· Technical and sales support: Provide technical information to the sales team and customers, and may involve creating technical presentations.
Key qualifications
· Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related engineering field like Civil Engineering.
· Experience: Proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally within the specific engineering sector of the company.
· Technical skills: A strong understanding of engineering principles and product applications is highly beneficial. Knowledge of digital marketing tools, data analysis, and marketing automation platforms is also required.
· Soft skills: Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and interpersonal skills are crucial for collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders.

Pay: ₹11,533.73 - ₹42,672.82 per month
