Marketing Manager - Non Pharma

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for the Non-Pharma Division in alignment with company goals.
• Identify new market opportunities and analyze trends in industries such as Food, Beverages, Dairy, Cosmetics, and Chemicals.
• Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns, trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to generate quality leads and support conversion activities.
• Manage brand positioning, product promotions, and corporate communications for the division.
• Coordinate with the design and content teams for marketing collaterals, brochures, videos, and case studies.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential growth areas.
• Monitor marketing performance metrics and prepare periodic reports for management review.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners, distributors, and clients.
• Oversee the marketing budget and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA in Marketing preferred.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in industrial/B2B marketing, preferably in packaging machinery or capital goods.
• Strong understanding of non-pharma industries and their packaging requirements.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
