Job Description

As a Marketing Manager at the premium jewellery showroom, you will play a pivotal role in leading marketing efforts to elevate the brand presence and drive sales both in-store and online. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns tailored to the jewellery and luxury retail segment. - Strengthen brand identity across all platforms including in-store, print, digital, and social media. - Oversee digital marketing activities such as SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, influencer partnerships, and content creation. - Develop strategies for seasonal promotions, product launches, and event marketing to boost footfall and sales. - Collaborate closely with showroom teams to ensure alignment on promotions, visual merchandising, and customer engagement. - Analyze consumer trends, competitor strategies, and campaign performance to optimize marketing efforts. - Manage relationships with PR agencies, media, stylists, influencers, and event partners. - Supervise photo shoots, ad creatives, and storytelling to showcase craftsmanship and product appeal. - Monitor marketing ROI and present monthly performance reports to leadership. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Management, or related field (MBA is a plus). - 3+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in jewellery, luxury, or fashion retail. - Profound understanding of luxury consumer behavior and brand storytelling. - Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and social media trends. - Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills. - Creative mindset with a focus on aesthetics and brand tone.
