Job Title: Marketing Executive/Manager

Location: Mahajan Eye Centre, Pitampura, Delhi

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

Mahajan Eye Centre is looking for a proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive/Manager to lead our offline marketing initiatives. The role involves planning and executing strategies to increase patient footfall, build strong doctor and corporate networks, and enhance brand awareness through various offline channels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Doctor & Referral Network Development:

Build and maintain relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and hospitals.

Conduct regular visits to doctors and healthcare professionals to promote Mahajan Eye Centre’s services.

Organize CMEs, awareness programs, and networking events for doctors.

2. Corporate & Community Outreach:

Develop tie-ups with corporate organizations for eye check-up camps and health programs.

Plan and execute community outreach activities, including free eye camps and awareness drives.

Coordinate with RWAs, NGOs, and local organizations to increase brand visibility.

3. Patient Engagement & Experience Enhancement:

Implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and word-of-mouth referrals.

Plan and manage patient education initiatives through in-clinic events and awareness materials.

Develop and oversee loyalty programs or referral incentives for patients.

4. Event Planning & Execution:

Organize and manage on-ground marketing events, such as eye camps, health talks, and medical exhibitions.

Coordinate logistics, branding, and promotional material for events.

Track event success and patient conversions from outreach programs.

5. Marketing Collateral & Branding:

Ensure proper placement of marketing materials like brochures, banners, and standees in hospitals, clinics, and public spaces.

Develop print materials such as pamphlets, patient education booklets, and posters.

Maintain consistency in branding across all offline marketing efforts.

6. Market Research & Performance Tracking:

Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities for growth.

Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide regular reports.

Track competitor activities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in hospital/clinic marketing.

Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently, manage field visits, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Experience in organizing medical events and outreach programs is a plus.
