Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Marketing Executive (Offline) to manage field-level marketing, patient outreach, and local brand-building activities. The candidate will play a key role in increasing patient footfall through effective tie-ups, referral drives, and ground promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with local clinics, optical stores, and general practitioners for referral tie-ups.
• Plan and execute outdoor marketing activities such as eye check-up camps, society visits, and health awareness programs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support patient engagement activities and track conversions.
• Handle offline branding materials – brochures, banners, standees, posters, and flyers.
• Identify new areas and opportunities for outreach marketing.
• Maintain a database of tie-ups, leads, and camp performance reports.
• Assist in organizing and promoting special offers, events, and hospital-based programs.
• Ensure proper branding and visibility at all partner and outreach locations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
• 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, preferably in healthcare or service industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Comfortable with field work and meeting daily outreach targets.
• Good organizational and reporting abilities.

Pay: ₹10,351.01 - ₹20,000.00 per month
