Key Responsibilities

• Assist ophthalmic surgeons during cataract and other eye surgeries.
• Prepare OT and instruments before procedures.
• Ensure proper sterilization and maintenance of surgical equipment.
• Maintain OT consumables, records, and discipline.
• Coordinate with nursing and surgical teams for smooth operations.

Requirements

• Diploma / Certificate in OT Technician or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in ophthalmic OT preferred (freshers may apply).
• Knowledge of microscope, phaco machine, and sterilization process.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
