Marketing Manager

Experience: 3–5 years in hospital/healthcare marketing (mandatory)

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Healthcare Management (preferred)

Role Summary:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for promoting hospital services, building strong external medical networks, increasing patient referrals, and driving brand visibility by visiting clinics, diagnostic centers, and hospitals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit doctors, hospitals, clinics, corporate offices & diagnostic centers to promote services and build relationships.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase patient referrals and service inquiries.
• Strengthen relationships with specialists, physicians, and external medical partners.
• Plan and coordinate medical camps, awareness programs, and outreach activities.
• Track leads, visits, conversions & maintain monthly marketing performance reports.
• Promote hospital departments, facilities, packages, and new service launches.
• Work with internal departments to improve patient experience and retention.
• Identify potential tie-ups, partnerships, insurance empanelment, and corporate health opportunities.

• Good presentation skills and relationship-building ability
• Knowledge of local market and hospital ecosystem

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
