Marketing Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and manage the entire marketing operations across Kerala for our range of electronic products. The ideal candidate will oversee regional strategy, sales performance, distribution networks, and promotional campaigns to maximize market penetration and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored for the Kerala market.
• Lead statewide promotional campaigns across retail, online, and direct sales channels.
• Identify and develop distribution channels across urban and rural regions.
• Manage and support dealer networks and ensure strong channel partner relationships.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitors, and market trends.
• Set and achieve sales targets across districts and monitor performance metrics.
• Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure product availability.
• Recruit, train, and lead local sales and marketing teams.
• Report to top management on regional performance, challenges, and growth strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in marketing/sales, preferably in electronics or consumer durable goods.
• Strong knowledge of Kerala's market landscape and customer behavior.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Malayalam , English and Hindi is an added advantage.
• Willing to travel extensively across Kerala.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
