Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels, leveraging digital tools and analytics to optimize performance. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong understanding of current marketing trends, including SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and e-commerce. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our market presence and achieve business objectives.

Duties

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies encompassing digital marketing, multichannel marketing, and B2B marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize online advertising efforts using platforms such as Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation tools.
  • Oversee content creation, including copywriting for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and print advertising to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance, analyze data trends, and refine strategies for improved ROI.
  • Coordinate with product management teams to align marketing initiatives with product launches and updates.
  • Manage social media platforms to increase engagement and brand awareness through targeted campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Oversee website management using WordPress, HTML editing skills, and SEO best practices to enhance visibility and user experience.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Prepare budgets for marketing projects and oversee advertising sales efforts to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Lead creative development using Adobe Creative Suite for visual content production that supports branding initiatives.

Skills

  • Expertise in SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, digital marketing, performance marketing, and email marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of advertising sales strategies across multiple channels including print advertising.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, HTML coding basics.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords (including Facebook Advertising), marketing automation platforms.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively for performance optimization; familiarity with analytics tools is essential.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to target audiences.
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing and product management; adept at managing budgets for large-scale campaigns.
  • Strong research skills to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Effective communicator with leadership qualities capable of managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.
