Preferred candidate profile BE/BTech in Civil Engineering , Structural Engineering , or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution. Additional certifications in BIM tools (e.g., Tekla Structures, AutoCAD) or CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) are highly desirable. 37 years of experience in technical sales or business development within the construction or industrial infrastructure sector, preferably in PEBs, roofing, or industrial projects
