We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to represent our EdTech company during school visits, build strong relationships with educational institutions, and identify reliable vendors for website development, app creation, and company branding. The candidate must be proactive, persuasive, and passionate about promoting digital learning solutions. Key Responsibilities:1. School Outreach & Business Development Visit schools regularly to promote the company’s Skill Development programs for School Student. Conduct presentations, demos, and meetings with principals, coordinators, and decision-makers. Understand school requirements and propose suitable EdTech products/services. Generate leads and convert prospects into partnerships or tie-ups. Maintain strong relationships with partner schools and ensure follow-up. 2. Vendor Procurement & Coordination Identify and shortlist companies/agencies for website development, mobile applications, digital marketing, and branding. Evaluate vendor capabilities, past work, pricing, and timelines. Coordinate with selected vendors to ensure timely delivery of digital assets (websites, apps, marketing materials, etc.). Negotiate rates and ensure services are delivered within budget. Maintain vendor records and performance reports. 3. Marketing & Branding Activities Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events in schools. Support branding activities including brochures, posters, social media creatives, and promotional materials. Collect feedback from schools to improve marketing strategies. Support digital marketing initiatives whenever required. 4. Reporting & Documentation Prepare daily visit reports, lead dashboards, and vendor evaluation reports. Ensure proper documentation of agreements and communications with schools and vendors. Report progress to the Marketing Manager/Operations Head. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in field marketing, school sales, or EdTech business development (preferred). Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and vendor relationships. Good knowledge of digital platforms, branding basics, and technology solutions. Willingness to travel extensively for school visits.
