The role demands principled thinking and a mentality of growing the Initialyze team single-handedly. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and lead 360-degree marketing strategies that align with business goals across digital, content, social, email, and offline channels. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact. Own and drive content marketing initiatives, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop compelling, audience-focused messaging. Oversee SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and website performance. Lead and manage social media marketing across platforms with a data-driven approach to grow engagement and brand presence. Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns using platforms like Hubspot or similar tools. Handle end-to-end marketing operations from planning to seamless execution, reporting, and optimization. Manage brand partnerships and strategic collaborations to increase brand awareness and market reach. Support product marketing efforts, including go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging. Analyze campaign performance metrics to derive insights and continuously improve marketing efforts. Requirements Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience in marketing with a strong understanding of 360-degree marketing. Proven expertise in building and executing marketing strategies across multiple channels. Solid experience in content marketing, SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing. Strong grasp of marketing operations and the ability to drive campaigns from ideation to execution. Proficiency with marketing automation tools like Hubspot or equivalent platforms. Demonstrated experience managing brand partnerships and external collaborations. Additional Highly Desired Experiences Previous experience developing and executing marketing and branding strategies. Hands-on experience with product marketing, including launches and campaign support. Working knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools to support creative needs. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
