Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development:Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
• Content Creation:Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms.
• Community Management:Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers.
• Campaign Management:Plan and execute social media campaigns, track their performance, and optimize for best results.
• Analytics and Reporting:Analyze social media metrics, prepare reports on campaign performance, and identify areas for improvement.
• Trend Monitoring:Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates.
• Collaboration:Work closely with other marketing team members, designers, content creators, and other departments.
• Brand Building:Contribute to building and maintaining a positive brand image and reputation online.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative and innovative thinking for content creation.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools.
• Experience with social media advertising campaigns is a plus.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
