Marketing Manager – Industrial Coated Fabrics

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Sales

• Drive marketing and sales of coated fabrics
• Develop new markets and expand customer base
• Understand business objectives and design surveys to capture customer preferences
• Generate and manage dealer, distributor, and partnership networks
• Participate in major domestic and international exhibitions to generate business
• Ensure business growth and profitability in this vertical
• Manage secondary sales and product costing with management
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment

Market Survey & Analysis

• Collect and consolidate data on consumers, competitors, and marketplace trends
• Provide competitive analysis on market offerings, pricing models, sales methods, and operations

Lead Generation

• Summarize key findings from client interactions to refine marketing communications

Client Servicing

• Process and execute client requests and product orders
• Handle queries regarding products, services, and processes
• Assist clients in product usage and keep them updated on new launches
• Collect feedback and resolve client complaints

MIS & Reporting

• Submit tour reports to senior management after each business trip
• Publish client meeting minutes via email and maintain order book trackers
• Prepare additional reports as requested by management
