Job Description / Role

Havitive Infra Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Manager to join our team. The person will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing marketing initiatives that help grow our brand presence, generate leads, and support our sales / business development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies (digital & offline) aligned with company goals.
• Lead generation: design campaigns (online ads, social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing), track performance, optimize.
• Brand building: maintain consistency, enhance visibility in target markets.
• Create marketing collateral — brochures, presentations, portfolios, catalogues, website content.
• Manage social media presence, content calendars, blogs, and online engagement.
• Coordinate with design & project teams to ensure marketing messages align with what we deliver.
• Conduct market research: understand competitors, client needs, trends in construction / interior design.
• Maintain relationships / networking with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors for referrals and project leads.
• Oversee events, exhibitions, client meetings, site visits, etc., as needed.
• Monitor marketing budget, report ROI, track KPIs (leads, conversions, campaign performance).
• Support sales team in proposals, client pitches, presentations.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business / Architecture / Interior Design or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing role; experience in interior / construction consultancy is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of both digital marketing (social media, SEO, email, content) and offline marketing.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Good design sensibility; ability to create or oversee marketing material design.
• Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing tools.
• Self‐motivated, creative, good team player, with ability to work under deadlines.
• Ability to travel locally for client meetings, site visits, vendor engagements.
