Job Description: We are looking for a talented Project manager to oversee and manage our construction projects in the Trivandrum region. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sites and clients effectively. Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate construction projects from conception to completion. Oversee site operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. Update daily work progress with clients, including material and labor arrangements. Prepare project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery within budgetary constraints. Solve site problems efficiently, ensuring minimal disruptions to project timelines. Allocate resources effectively, balancing office-based responsibilities with on-site activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve project issues and mitigate risks. Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Proven experience as a Project Engineer in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction principles, practices, and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Valid two-wheeler license. Trivandrum residents preferred.
