Key Responsibilities: Project Oversight : Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and according to project timelines. Team Management : Lead and manage construction crews and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Quality Control : Inspect work to ensure it meets the required standards, specifications, and safety regulations. Safety Enforcement : Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures, conducting regular safety meetings and site inspections.
