Marketing Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing & Sales Manager to lead our marketing and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding consumables or related welding materials and equipment, with a proven track record in driving business growth and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy Development:

  Formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the welding consumables sector.

• Market Analysis:

  Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, utilizing insights to inform sales tactics.

• Customer Relationship Management:

  Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Product Promotion:

  Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote MIG welding wires and related products, enhancing brand visibility and product awareness.

• Technical Consultation:

  Provide expert advice on welding solutions, assisting clients in selecting appropriate products to meet their specific requirements.

• Sales Reporting:

  Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and present findings to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

• Team Leadership:

  Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve collective goals.

Qualifications:

• Education:

  Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Welding Technology, or a related field.

• Experience:

  Minimum of 510 years in sales and marketing within the welding consumables industry or a closely related field.

• Technical Expertise:

  In-depth knowledge of welding processes, consumables, and equipment.

• Skills:

  Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

• Travel:

  Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
