Marketing Manager Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager who can plan and execute strong offline marketing campaigns to promote our brand, products, and services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of offline publicity methods like print media, banners, pamphlet distribution, local events, exhibitions, and branding activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage offline marketing campaigns such as hoardings, flyers, newspaper ads, auto branding, and radio promotions.
• Coordinate with vendors for printing, media buying, and distribution.
• Organize and manage local events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements.
• Work closely with the sales and digital marketing teams for integrated promotions.
• Build strong brand visibility in local and target markets.
• Maintain marketing budgets and ensure timely execution.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in offline marketing/publicity or field marketing.
• Strong network with local media, vendors, and event organizers.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Creativity and understanding of the target audience.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Experience in retail, salon, or service-based industries is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
