Sales & Marketing Manager

Faridabad, Haryana

Candidates with Sales experience from MINING and STONE CRUSHER industry will be preferred

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead and grow our sales operations focused on castings for the mining and stone crushing industry in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong network and proven track record in this sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales of castings to clients in the mining and stone crushing sectors
Identify and develop new business opportunities and client relationships
Prepare and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Manage customer accounts and ensure high levels of satisfaction
Coordinate with production and logistics teams for timely delivery

Requirements:

Bachelors or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or any relevant graduate degree
815 years of sales experience, specifically in castings for mining/stone crushing industry
Strong market knowledge and client connections in India
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Willingness to travel as needed
