What's your mission?

We’re looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to join our team in India.

In this role, you’ll combine strategic thinking, creativity, and operational excellence to design and execute marketing initiatives tailored to the Indian market, while staying aligned with our global vision. You’ll work across categories, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life and strengthen our brand presence.

️Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day

As Marketing Manager – Cross Category, you will play a key role in shaping Eurofragance’s presence in the Indian market. Your main responsibilities will include:

1. Market & Consumer Understanding

• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and product categories to identify opportunities.
• Research new trends and monitor product launches to understand consumer preferences.
• Detect gaps in the market and propose strategies for business growth.
• Benchmark Eurofragance against competitors to highlight our strengths.
• Spot short, medium, and long-term opportunities to support the marketing calendar and innovation plans.

2. Marketing Programs Development

• Design and implement marketing programs and creative presentation techniques to showcase fragrances.
• Collaborate with Sales, Evaluation, Insights, and Perfumers to support projects and win briefs.
• Develop brand strategies and creative concepts that connect client needs with fragrance solutions.
• Identify new market opportunities and transform them into actionable programs.

3. Client Engagement & Storytelling

• Create compelling stories around Eurofragance products using market data and insights.
• Prepare and deliver impactful client presentations that demonstrate our expertise.
• Provide creative fragrance solutions to address client challenges.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure smooth project execution with internal teams.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Help prioritize target accounts at regional, national, and global levels.
• Share information on new launches with Sales teams and customers.
• Maintain updated customer profiles and olfactive mappings (with FDM support).
• Conduct regular market visits with Sales and Evaluation teams to track brand and competitor strategies.
• Support marketing events such as tradeshows and campaigns; lead fragrance selection, messaging, and concepts at exhibitions.
• Keep records of Eurofragance’s project wins and manage stock of market products and promotional materials.
• Prepare quarterly reports on new launches and coordinate marketing collaterals with external vendors.

What you need to shine in this role

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing & Advertising.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience within the fragrance industry or a similar sector.
• Fluency in English and Hindi (written and spoken).
• Proven experience working with Euromonitor, Mintel, and Canva.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and trends.
• Location: Mumbai, India
