Marketing Manager for sports & Fitness store @ Kukatpally
Job Summary:
A sports & Fitness store marketing manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the store's products and services, increase brand awareness, and drive sales. This role involves a mix of strategic planning, campaign management, and relationship building within the sports industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Creating and executing comprehensive marketing plans tailored to the sports & Fitness store's target audience and objectives. This includes identifying key marketing objectives, target audiences, and appropriate marketing channels.
Overseeing the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns, including online and offline activities.
Ensuring consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
Managing the store's online presence, including website content, social media engagement, and online advertising.
Coordinating in-store events, community engagements, and potentially sponsoring local sports teams or events.
Conducting research to understand customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
Managing the marketing budget and allocating resources effectively.
Tracking and analysing the performance of marketing campaigns, identifying areas for improvement, and reporting on results to senior management.
Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, sports organizations, and media partners.
Collaborating with the sales team to develop promotional materials and strategies that drive sales.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
Proficiency in social media marketing, online advertising, and website management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating marketing materials, presentations, and engaging with stakeholders.
Ability to analyze data, track campaign performance, and identify areas for improvement.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work effectively within a team.
A passion for sports and an understanding of the sports market, including key trends and consumer behavior.

Salary: 20,000 -25,000 Per Month + Sales Incentives
