About the Role: Join one of India's fastest-growing beauty & personal care brands ! We create award-winning products and engaging brand stories , and we need a Marketing Manager - Activation to drive brand visibility, customer loyalty, and channel growth across General Trade, Modern Trade & EBOs . Key Responsibilities: ? Brand Activation & Consumer Engagement Develop & execute brand activation campaigns, trade promotions, and consumer engagement programs . Implement strategies to boost brand awareness & customer loyalty . ? Channel & Trade Marketing Manage channel strategies, budget planning & performance analysis . Build & nurture relationships with distributors, retailers, and internal teams . Oversee loyalty programs, merchandising & trade marketing initiatives . What We're Looking For: ? 5+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing (Consumer Goods/Beauty & Personal Care preferred). ? Strong knowledge of retail channels, trade marketing, and campaign execution . ? Excellent people skills, logical thinking, and MS Excel proficiency . ? A fast learner who thrives in a dynamic & experimental environment.
