Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our brand positioning, lead generation, and customer engagement efforts. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing 360-degree marketing strategies to support our project launches, build brand awareness, and drive qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Execution
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for residential and commercial projects.
  • Align marketing plans with sales targets, project timelines, and company goals.
  • Brand Management
  • Build and manage the brand image across all offline and online channels.
  • Ensure consistency of brand messaging across campaigns, events, and communication.
  • Lead Generation & Digital Marketing
  • Drive qualified lead generation through performance marketing (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, SEO, etc.).
  • Monitor and optimize digital campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Content & Creative Development
  • Oversee the development of marketing collaterals: brochures, videos, presentations, emailers, etc.
  • Coordinate with design teams and agencies for high-quality creative output.
  • Event & Launch Management
  • Plan and execute property launches, customer events, and channel partner meets.
  • Coordinate with sales and operations for smooth event execution.
  • Market Research & Insights
  • Conduct competitor analysis, customer segmentation, and market trend studies.
  • Gather insights to improve marketing strategies and project positioning.
  • Agency & Vendor Coordination
  • Manage relationships with digital agencies, PR firms, media partners, and other vendors.
  • Negotiate media buying, outdoor campaigns, and influencer partnerships.
  • Reporting & Budgeting
  • Track marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports for leadership.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5–8 years of experience in marketing; experience in real estate is a strong advantage.
  • Strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale campaigns and lead-generation funnels.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Creative thinking with analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (like Salesforce, Zoho), Google Analytics, and Ad platforms.
