Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Manager, based in New Delhi. The Marketing Manager will oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, drive brand strategy, analyze market trends, and identify growth opportunities. They will collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing goals and sales objectives, develop innovative initiatives to enhance brand visibility, and manage budgets effectively. Daily responsibilities will include monitoring campaign performance, managing digital and offline marketing efforts, and leading the marketing team to achieve measurable results for the company's products.

Qualifications

• Experience in Team Leadership and Collaborative Project Management in the FMCG industry
• Strong expertise in Marketing Strategy, Lead Generation, Branding, and FMCG Marketing
• Skills in Market Research, Data Analytics, and Competitor Analysis
• Prior experience in the FMCG or tea/organic products industry is an advantage
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in the tea/organic products industry is an advantage
• A degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
