Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and hardworking Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and serve as the primary point of contact between the company and our clients. The ideal candidate should have 5–8 years of proven experience in managing marketing teams, running end-to-end campaigns, and handling client communication, preferably in a fast-paced environment. The role requires flexibility to work in night shifts and a commitment to driving results with a hands-on approach.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals to ensure timely and high-quality campaign delivery.
  • Allocate tasks, set clear KPIs, and monitor team performance against marketing objectives.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to maintain team productivity and morale.

Client Coordination:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs and ensuring marketing strategies align with their goals.
  • Conduct regular client meetings (virtual or in-person), provide campaign updates, gather feedback, and manage expectations.
  • Translate client requirements into actionable marketing plans and communicate these clearly to the team.

Strategic Planning & Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for digital, social, and traditional channels.
  • Monitor ongoing marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and recommend improvements.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor strategies, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Generate and present detailed performance reports to both internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Use analytics tools to assess ROI, track KPIs, and derive actionable insights from marketing data.
  • Ensure all campaigns are data-driven and aligned with client objectives.

Quality Assurance:

  • Review marketing content, creatives, and campaign execution to ensure they meet quality standards and brand guidelines.
  • Address and resolve any client concerns or internal bottlenecks promptly and professionally.

Operational Coordination:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, design, content, and technical support to deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

  • 5 to 8 years of experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and campaign execution.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts to support international clients.
  • Proven dedication, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
