1. Make the promotional and social marketing of hospital in their location by positive relation with media in both news paper & television to reach every people of city.
2. Do corporate camps, with NGO and increase surgery or footfalls from empanelled organisation directly to hospital
3. Maintain corporate list of city and try to do empanelment on priority basis.
4. Visit peripheral area and try to reach on target which is given by marketing manager.
5. Do doctors visit and referral visit
6. Make healthy relation from license authority which is mandatory for the hospital operations.
7. Find out the place and potential of patients or business by the current scenario from city and as well as periphery.

9. Developing sales strategy by promoting services and product.
10. To do regular fieldwork.
11. To undertake at least 10 camps in rural areas per month at least 75 km away from the city to generate semi paid cataract cases 7k ..all-inclusive package including medicines ..to take manpower for such camps from the operations manpower at the location...not to keep separate manpower for camps ..also not to keep separate manpower for coupons ...hire promoters whenever coupons need to be distributed .
12. Senior executive must need to perform activity with Asha worker, Gram sarpanch, Pradhan at peripheral area and accomplish Patients transportation activity.
13. Asst. marketing manager should physically verify the promotional activity which will be done by central marketing team like hoardings, wall painting, cinema screen cable advertisement etc.
the budget for the sales team and ensuring that expenses are within the allocated amount.
