- Candidates who are residing nearby Marathahalli area will be more preferred.
- 2- 7 yrs of experience is mandatory.
- Conducting Drives in colleges from Andhra Pradesh & Karnataka.
- Conducting DEMOs in colleges.
- Tie up with companies to place students.
- Maintaining good tie ups with company HRs to forward students.
- Conducting Tests, Mock Interviews, Written Tests, Lab Tests, Attending Parents Calls.
- Taking student admissions, forwarding to the interviews until student got placed in a company.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Provide support to employees, Faculties and Students.
- Strong negotiating skills with Go Getter attitude and ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
- Positive Attitude.
- Building New Network, Maintaining relationship with company HRs, preparing database initiating new contacts performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
- Must have knowledge on MS Word and Excel.
- Handling all kinds of field work.
