Marketing Lead

What You Will Do

  • Define and execute marketing strategy across services & products.
  • Build positioning and GTM plans for DQV, KTAC, and AI accelerators.
  • Run demand generation campaigns (LinkedIn, SEO/SEM, automation).
  • Create content (case studies, whitepapers, blogs, videos).
  • Strengthen Kumarans' digital presence (website, social, marketplaces).
  • Collaborate with Sales & Delivery to drive leads and growth.

What We are Looking For

  • 10 to 15 years in B2B IT services/product marketing.
  • Strong in

    ew-age marketing techniques and content-driven growth.
  • Experience balancing services + products marketing.
  • Storyteller, strategist, and doer.
  • Sound experience in B2B Marketing (preferably in IT services or SaaS/product firms).
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, demand generation, and product marketing.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.).
  • Excellent storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, global, and technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Drive product positioning, messaging, and differentiation across IT services and product portfolios.
  • Plan and manage digital campaigns, content marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and email automation.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaigns and lead-generation funnels.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to refine GTM strategies.
  • Build and manage marketing collaterals, case studies, whitepapers, and thought-leadership content.
  • Plan and execute events, webinars, and industry conferences to increase brand visibility.
  • Track, measure, and report marketing ROI, pipeline impact, and campaign performance.

Preferred Background

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing.

Experience in technology/IT consulting, cloud, or enterprise solutions marketing

Exposure to ABM, partner marketing, and global market expansion strategies.
