About Us The Career Club (TCC) is a growing digital-first career consultancy helping Indian students access affordable, high-quality education in Germany and across Europe. We’ve sent 100+ students from 35+ Indian cities, abroad since 2021 and are part of the Cromelite Group. Our founding team brings 15+ years of international experience, and we’re building something ambitious from Kolkata. About the Role We’re hiring our marketing lead — someone who wants to build, own, and grow the marketing function from scratch. You’ll work closely with the founder to craft strategy, run campaigns, and shape TCC’s brand in the student ecosystem. Think of this as a builder’s role — high ownership, high upside. What You'll Do Strategy : Co-create TCC’s marketing roadmap across content, digital, events, and partnerships. Execution : Run full-funnel campaigns on social media— reels, collabs, ads. Content : Write for students, parents, and partners — social posts, blogs, emails. Experiments : Test growth hacks — events, workshops, ambassador programs. Analytics : Track results and iterate to improve reach, engagement & conversion. Branding : Shape TCC’s voice, positioning, and trust in the student market. What We’re Looking For 1–2 years in digital or social media marketing, ideally in a startup or fast-paced setup Skilled in Instagram + LinkedIn marketing , reels , and basic video editing (e.g., CapCut, Canva) Strong copywriting for young/student audiences Confident with design tools (Canva, Figma) Hands-on, creative, and comfortable owning outcomes Experience with social media ads What You Get Ownership + direct mentorship from the founder Freedom to experiment and execute Steep learning across content, education, and tech Path to grow into a leadership role Collaborative, informal work culture with long-term opportunities within the group Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Bhawanipur, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
