Based in Kolkata, we focus on organizing national symposiums for brand building and knowledge management, and provide workshops for training managers and faculty members.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for a Customer Support Associate. The Customer Support Associate will manage day-to-day customer interactions, ensuring satisfactory customer service. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high standard of customer experience. The role also involves assisting with sales inquiries and conducting occasional training sessions for effective customer support.

Qualifications
