Marketing Lead

Develop and implement holistic marketing strategies to drive brand visibility, user

acquisition, and retention across digital and offline channels.

Lead campaign planning and execution across social media, content marketing,

performance marketing, partnerships, and events.

Oversee influencer collaborations, content creation, and community engagement

initiatives as part of broader brand strategy.

Analyze marketing performance using key metrics to guide decisions and optimize return

on investment.

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and sales to ensure marketing

efforts align with product positioning and business goals.

Stay updated on market trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape -

especially within financial services and broking.

Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, campaign timelines, and reporting

processes.

Build, lead, and mentor a small, agile marketing team as the business scales.

Required

Minimum 6 years of relevant marketing experience, including leadership in brand or

growth marketing.

Strong preference for experience in Indian broking or fintech sectors, or high-growth

startup environments.

Proven track record of running successful multi-channel campaigns with limited

resources.

Deep understanding of digital marketing platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) and

analytics tools.

Strong creative and storytelling instincts, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse

audience segments.

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
