Job Description

first dedicated Marketing Lead,


Your Role:

As the first marketing hire, you will:

  • Own the

    end-to-end marketing function -

    from strategy to execution.
  • Run

    paid performance campaigns

    (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
  • Build

    organic presence

    (SEO, social media, LinkedIn, blog content).
  • Create

    campaigns for partner acquisition & engagement

    (WhatsApp, email, offline).
  • Develop

    marketing collateral

    : brochures, creatives, videos, ads.
  • Track

    CAC, ROI, conversion funnels,

    and run experiments to improve efficiency.
  • Manage

    marketing automation & CRM tools

    (HubSpot/Zoho/Brevo).
  • Support

    community & PR initiatives

    – events, partnerships, media outreach.
  • Coordinate with agencies/freelancers when needed, while being hands-on yourself.


We are looking for:

  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing (preferably in

    fintech / BFSI / startups

    ).
  • A

    T-shaped marketer

    – strong in at least one area (performance, content, or growth), with exposure across multiple channels.
  • Hands-on executioner

    – not just strategy, but comfortable running ads, writing copy, and making creatives.
  • Proficiency with

    digital marketing tools

    : Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Canva, analytics dashboards.
  • Ability to write

    clear, simple, and compelling copy

    for campaigns.
  • Comfort with

    basic design/video editing tools

    (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop is a plus).
  • Data-driven,

    strong analytical mindset

    , Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Ownership mentality

    – can work independently and thrive in a startup environment.
