The Channel Relationship Manager (CRM) will be responsible for acquiring, onboarding, and managing DSAs (Direct Selling Agents), freelancers, and channel partners across the assigned region. The role involves direct field visits, product training, and continuous partner engagement to drive business and ensure partner success. Key Responsibilities 1. Channel Partner Acquisition Identify, meet, and onboard new DSAs, freelancers, and agencies to the MoneySquad platform. Explain product offerings, onboarding process, and earning potential to prospective partners. Achieve monthly onboarding targets as per defined KPIs. 2. Relationship Management Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing partners to drive repeat business. Resolve partner queries regarding documentation, application status, payout, etc. Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and re-engagement drives. 3. Training & Enablement Train partners on MoneySquad’s digital platform, product guidelines, and loan eligibility criteria. Share marketing materials, product updates, and best practices to improve partner productivity. Educate partners on documentation, KYC, and compliance protocols. 4. Revenue & Performance Tracking: Track partner performance metrics such as lead volumes, approval rates, and disbursals. Work with internal sales and operations teams to ensure smooth processing and partner payouts. Provide feedback to improve internal processes and enhance the partner experience. 5. Market Intelligence Collect insights from the field on competitor strategies, partner expectations, and market trends. Suggest improvements to partner program structure, incentives, and product-market fit. Requirements Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus. 1–5 years of experience in channel sales, DSA management, fintech, NBFC, or banking sector. Skills & Competencies Strong interpersonal and communication skills – ability to influence and build trust. Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong sense of ownership. This role involves a mix of partner onboarding, relationship management, inside sales, performance enablement, and revenue generation through channel success. Key Responsibilities Partner Onboarding & Activation - Reach out to prospective partners (DSAs, freelancers, loan agents) via calls, WhatsApp, and email campaigns. - Explain the value proposition of the MoneySquad platform and onboard them seamlessly. - Conduct product and platform demos and ensure proper KYC/documentation of new partners. - Drive early activation: ensure new partners start submitting leads within their first 7 days. Partner Success & Relationship Management - Serve as the single point of contact for a portfolio of active partners. - Address queries, resolve issues, and provide real-time updates on lead statuses. - Educate partners on various products, disbursement processes, commission structures, and incentive schemes. - Regularly check in with inactive or low-performing partners to re-engage and motivate. Inside Sales & Revenue Enablement - Influence disbursal velocity by guiding partners on submitting high-quality leads. - Pitch top-performing financial products (by lender, segment, ticket size, geography). - Track conversions, build a partner sales funnel, and achieve monthly disbursal and revenue targets. - Upsell/cross-sell other services like insurance, professional loans, overdrafts etc. to existing partners. Performance Monitoring & Reporting - Monitor daily/weekly/monthly partner metrics like lead volume, approval rate, disbursal, payout earned. - Share performance dashboards with partners and identify opportunities to improve. - Work closely with the lender operations and payout teams to ensure smooth partner servicing. Training & Enablement - Conduct virtual training sessions, webinars, and WhatsApp broadcasts to educate partners. - Create partner playbooks, product guides, and quick-reference materials for partner success. - Share regular product updates, new lender tie-ups, incentive campaigns, etc. Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field. - 1–4 years of experience in partner management, inside sales, fintech sales, or DSA/channel sales. - Experience in unsecured lending, NBFC, or financial services is highly preferred. - Strong communication skills in Hindi and English . - Good understanding of financial products like PL, BL, OD, Professional Loans, etc. - Comfortable working with CRMs, lead tracking tools, WhatsApp Business, and Excel dashboards.
