Marketing Lead

As a GTM Lead at DotKonnekt, your role will involve driving the growth playbook and executing strategies to establish DotKonnekt as a category leader in enterprise AI. Your key responsibilities will include: - Defining the end-to-end GTM strategy for new products, features, and vertical plays. - Developing clear and differentiated positioning tailored for enterprise buyers across industries. - Conducting market research to understand market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape to shape roadmap and GTM plans. - Leading product and feature launches in collaboration with product, sales, and marketing teams. - Equipping revenue teams with the necessary tools such as pitch decks, battle cards, and playbooks. - Working closely with leadership, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and feedback loops. To be successful in this role, you should have: - 5-8 years of experience in GTM, product marketing, or strategy roles at B2B SaaS or AI/enterprise tech companies. - A deep understanding of enterprise buyer journeys and sales motions. - Experience in launching tech products from 0 to 1 and beyond. - The ability to think strategically and execute tasks effectively. - Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
