Key Responsibilities: 1. Marketing for Brand: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation. Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content and driving follower growth. 2. Marketing for Sales: Collaborate with the sales team to design and execute inbound and outbound marketing campaigns. Use expertise in digital marketing to generate leads and drive customer acquisition. Align marketing strategies to support the sales pipeline and business growth goals. 3. Team Leadership: Oversee a team of two marketing professionals, guiding them in their roles and ensuring the timely delivery of projects. Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members. 4. Event Coordination: Organize promotional events, trade shows, and conferences to increase brand visibility. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred). 3-8 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and brand management. Expertise in tools like Google Analytics, SEO/SEM platforms, CRM software, and marketing automation tools. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage both internal teams and external partnerships. Proven ability to execute marketing campaigns that deliver measurable ROI.
