Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager Tableau & Alteryx License & Consulting Sales Experience: 4+ years in B2B sales, enterprise software sales, or analytics solutions sales Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Drive the sales of Tableau & Alteryx licenses along with consulting services to enterprises. Identify and engage with key decision-makers (CXOs, IT Heads, Data Leaders, etc.) to pitch solutions effectively. Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to achieve revenue targets. Manage the complete end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure. Key Account Management: Build strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Identify cross-selling & up-selling opportunities within existing accounts. Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client business challenges and offering tailored solutions. New Business Acquisition: Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events. Identify potential opportunities in banking, finance, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, and IT sectors. Collaborate with marketing & presales teams to create compelling sales pitches and product demonstrations. Market & Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends in BI, data analytics, and automation. Understand competitor offerings and differentiate AION TECHs value proposition. Work closely with product & technical teams to address client queries effectively. Required Skills & Experience: 4+ years of experience in B2B software sales / enterprise sales, preferably in data analytics or BI solutions. Strong experience in selling software licenses (Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, Qlik, or similar BI tools). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to manage complex sales cycles and work with multiple stakeholders. Strong negotiation & communication skills with a consultative selling approach. A self-starter with high energy, drive, and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
