Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy Development:

● Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

● Define target audiences, market segments, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns.

Content Marketing :

● Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including promotional activities.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

● Identify opportunities to improve website user experience and conversion rates.

Qualifications:

●PG in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

● Proven experience of 0-1 years in marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns.

●Proficiency in field marketing platform.

● Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret and act on marketing data.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

●Project management skills to effectively manage multiple campaigns and tasks. ●Certifications in digital marketing (e.g. Google Ads, HubSpot, or Facebook Blueprint) are advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month
