Role Title: Marketing Operations Intern
Location: Hyderabad (In-office preferred)
Duration: 3 months (Full-time)
Stipend: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month (based on experience and skillset)
Start Date: Immediate
Eligibility: Final-year undergraduate/postgraduate students (preferred)

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly motivated Marketing Operations Intern to join our Growth & Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone interested in marketing automation, campaign execution, CRM tools, and analytics within a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in CRM management – updating, cleaning, and segmenting data
• Support marketing campaign execution (email, webinars, events, etc.)
• Collaborate on lead generation activities across multiple channels
• Aid in marketing analytics and reporting using dashboards and tools
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, content, product) for campaign alignment
• Maintain documentation for campaign workflows and SOPs

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong interest in marketing systems, tools, and automation
• Familiarity with platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or any CRM (preferred) will be an added advantage
• Basic understanding of B2B marketing funnel and lead lifecycle
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets
• Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
• Good verbal and written communication skills
