Social Media (Primary – 60% of role)

Coordinate with the external agency on content briefs, approvals, and posting schedulesLooking over and sharing creative references with the agencyReview agency-created posts, reels, and stories to ensure brand alignment before publishingTrack the content calendar and ensure the timely delivery of postsMonitor engagement (comments, messages) and ensure queries are addressed or escalatedTrack and compile monthly performance metrics provided by the agencyResearch trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to share with the agencyCoordinating office shoots with the agency

Marketing (Secondary – 40% of role)

Support in executing internal campaigns, events, and CSR initiativesAssist in preparing marketing decks, reports, and presentationsCoordinate with vendors and partners for marketing activitiesMaintain marketing asset library and campaign documentationConduct basic market and competitor research for ongoing projects
