Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow our

  social media presence

  across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Identify, reach out to, and collaborate with

  influencers, micro-creators, and brand partners

  for cross-promotions and collaborations.
• Assist in planning and executing

  sales-oriented campaigns

  that directly contribute to lead generation and conversions.
• Research and connect with

  potential brand ambassadors, affiliate partners, and communities

  to amplify reach.
• Track and analyze campaign performance — engagement, reach, leads, and ROI.
• Support in

  content ideation and marketing copywriting

  for posts, emails, and ads.
• Coordinate with internal design and product teams for campaign creatives and landing pages.
• Proactively brainstorm and implement

  growth hacks

  to increase visibility and drive traffic.

Requirements

• Pursuing or completed a degree in

  Marketing, Business, or related fields

  .
• Strong understanding of

  social media trends, influencer ecosystems, and digital growth strategies.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for outreach and partnerships.
• Basic knowledge of tools like

  Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Sheets, and Mailchimp

  is a plus.
• Creative thinker who’s comfortable experimenting with new marketing ideas.
• Highly proactive and result-oriented — with a strong interest in

  driving sales outcomes.
