Bubble Me is a modern Indian bath & wellness brand focused on self-care, magnesium-powered products, and feel-good rituals. We’re a young, fast-growing startup where you’ll get to work closely on real campaigns, real products, and real customers—no “just-printing-photocopy” internships here.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Marketing Intern who eats–sleeps–breathes social media, loves creating content, and wants hands-on experience in building a D2C brand. If you are curious, organised, and excited to experiment with ideas, this role is for you.

If your performance is strong and you’re a great culture fit, we will actively discuss converting this into a full-time position after 3 months.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content

• Handle day-to-day activities for Bubble Me’s social media pages (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Create & schedule posts, reels, stories.
• Write engaging captions, hooks, and basic scripts for reels.
• Prepare and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
• Track basic metrics (reach, saves, shares, link clicks) and share simple performance reports.

Performance Marketing Support

• Assist in executing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google ad campaigns alongside the team/agency.
• Help in creating ad briefs, basic ad copies, and collecting creative assets.
• Maintain simple ad performance trackers (cost, clicks, ROAS, etc.).

Product Launches & Campaigns

• Support end-to-end product launch campaigns (planning, timelines, checklists, asset requirements).
• Coordinate with design, operations, and vendors for launch-related requirements.
• Help brainstorm & execute launch ideas for social media, email, WhatsApp, and website.

Photoshoots & Video Production

• Assist in planning and coordinating photoshoots and video shoots (product, lifestyle, UGC-style).
• Prepare moodboards, shot lists, and references for photographers/videographers.
• Be present on shoot days to manage products, props, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Assist in getting raw footage organised and shared for editing.

Influencer & Community Marketing

• Shortlist and reach out to relevant influencers/creators.
• Share briefs, track deliverables, and maintain a log of collabs and content received.
• Help collect and organise customer testimonials, reviews, and UGC for reuse on social media.

Research & Strategy Support

• Conduct basic competitor and trend research (content ideas, ad styles, offers, campaigns).
• Share weekly inspiration decks or notes with ideas Bubble Me can try.

General Marketing Support

• Assist in drafting emailers, WhatsApp campaigns, and website content where needed.
• Help with offline activities/pop-ups/workshops if planned (on-ground support, stall content, etc.).
• Maintain organised folders, trackers, and documents for all marketing activities.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong interest in marketing, branding, and social media (D2C/beauty/wellness is a plus).
• Comfortable with Instagram, Reels, and current content trends.
• Basic skills in Canva or any design/video editing app.
• Good written and verbal communication in English (Hindi is a bonus).
• Basic comfort with Google Sheets/Excel, Docs, and PowerPoint.
• Self-driven, organised, and willing to learn and take ownership.

Internship Details

• Type: Full-time, on-site
• Duration: 3 months
• Stipend: As per company policy (to be discussed during the interview)
• Conversion: Strong performance may lead to a full-time Marketing role at Bubble Me.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
