Marketing Intern

Responsibilities

• Actively research and identify potential leads through various channels (e. g., social media, industry directories, cold outreach).
• Qualify leads and meticulously record relevant data for targeted marketing efforts.
• Assist in developing communication strategies to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
• Work directly with the sales team to understand conversion metrics and assist in optimising the sales process.
• Develop and refine compelling marketing materials (e. g., email templates, presentations) to support the sales efforts.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead-to-conversion rates.
• Ensure all sales and marketing activities, contact information, and lead statuses are accurately and consistently maintained in the firm's CRM or documentation system.
• Prepare weekly or monthly reports on lead generation, conversion progress, and overall sales support activities.
• Proactively contribute ideas and strategies to increase the firm's overall sales and market reach.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
