Position - Marketing Innovator

Minimum Experience - 1 to 3 years

Location - Greater Noida

About the position -

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Learn and assist in creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with the events team to ensure seamless coordination between marketing initiatives and on-ground events.
• Assist in the development and execution of social media and digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Experience in Social Media Management (Planning to execution) which includes - Content calendar, basic designing, posting and analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute promotional activities.
• Support content creation for digital platforms including blogs, emails, social media posts, and website content.
• Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation.
• Hands on experience in AI tools for marketing (Chat Gpt, Gemini, gamma, etc).
• Analyze marketing campaign performance and suggest improvements using key data insights.

Required Skills & Qualification

• Qualification Graduate with a degree in Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Passion for marketing and eagerness to learn.
• Team player with adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office; marketing tools familiarity is a plus.
• Hands-on knowledge of AI tools for marketing (chat gpt, gemini, gamma, etc)
