The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and monitor all marketing activities — both online and offline — to ensure maximum visibility and admissions growth. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve admission targets. Handle offline marketing: Planning and overseeing hoardings/flex board installations (load ball fixation, etc.) Managing flyer and brochure distribution in targeted areas. Organizing events, school fairs, and local outreach campaigns. Coordinate digital marketing initiatives — social media, Google ads, and online promotions. Supervise and manage the marketing team and vendors. Track marketing performance and report results to management. Identify new marketing opportunities and partnerships to enhance the school’s visibility. Ensure brand consistency and adherence to school values across all platforms. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the education sector. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Creative, proactive, and results-driven approach.
