Talla Jewellers is seeking a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Manager/Head to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who can handle the operational aspects of digital marketing while overseeing the brand's digital presence. The candidate should have a foundational understanding of digital marketing, with experience in website management (preferably WordPress), social media oversight, and performance marketing. Digital Marketing Operations : Assist in the implementation and coordination of digital marketing campaigns. Monitor and track campaign performance metrics, ensuring alignment with brand goals. 2. Website Management : Update and maintain the company website, preferably using WordPress. Ensure the website remains optimised, user-friendly, and aligned with SEO best practices. 3. Social Media Oversight : Oversee and review social media content, ensuring posts reflect the brand voice and strategy. Monitor engagement and report on performance analytics. 4. Performance Marketing : Coordinate basic paid media campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads). Analyse performance data to suggest improvements for ROI. 5. Content Planning and Management : Develop and implement content calendars in collaboration with the team. Assist in crafting compelling and relevant content across platforms. 6. Account and Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign delivery. Act as a point of contact for digital marketing-related tasks. 7. Brand Strategy Implementation : Support the execution of brand strategies to maintain consistent messaging and aesthetics. Work closely with the marketing team to align digital efforts with overall brand objectives. 8. Basic SEO Knowledge : Conduct keyword research and assist in optimising content for search engines. Monitor SEO performance and recommend enhancements. 9. Collaboration with Leadership : Work directly with the MD and CMO to execute digital marketing strategies in line with the companys vision. Provide updates and insights on digital marketing performance and opportunities for growth.
