Job Description

Role & responsibilities Job brief The Head of Marketing is responsible for leading the development and execution of the brand and marketing strategy aligned with the companys target audience. Acting as the brand guardian, this role ensures consistency and integrity across all brand touch-points, marketing initiatives, and communications. The individual will drive brand positioning, consumer engagement, and growth through both digital and offline channels. Work Location : Chennai Responsibilities: • Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision, and value proposition for short as well as long term • Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online, offline and social media, in coordination with the Companys creative agency. • Campaign Shoots – working with the agency on concept, model selections, budgets, execution, final deliverable of images & videos. • Catalogue Shoots – working with the agency in aligning the shoots, backgrounds, model selection and deliverable of images. • Celebrity Management – managing all interactions and execution with the Celebs. • Website & App Management – conceptualizing the website banners, layouts, flow of the home page, offers, UI/UX, funnel flows, checkout. • Vendor Management – coordinating with all website vendors on implementation, execution and new product evaluation. • Social Media – conceptualizing & executing the social content in grids, stories, reels for Instagram, FB, YT. • CRM – working on the CRM calendar and developing content, executing campaigns and tracking ROI. • LFO Inventory Planning – managing the inventory planning & replenishment's for all the stores. • LFO Operations – managing store staff and sales for all LFO counters. • LFO Partner Management – managing all interactions with LS & SS Buyers Requirements • Preferably a Master’s degree in Branding/Marketing/Communication/Business and Media • 5-10 years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management • Proven ability to work cross-functionally • High Integrity & Entrepreneurial mindset • Experience managing a brand across multiple channels.
