Role Overview:

We are looking for a visionary and results-driven Marketing Head to lead our marketing department. This role demands a strategic thinker who can manage digital campaigns, strengthen brand presence, and drive sustainable growth through innovative marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Lead the marketing team across digital, content, branding, and communications
• Drive online lead generation via SEO, paid campaigns, social media, and email marketing
• Build and scale brand visibility through PR, partnerships, and storytelling
• Monitor key performance indicators and adjust strategies to improve ROI
• Collaborate closely with sales, product, and leadership teams
• Manage marketing budgets, planning, and reporting

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in marketing (preferably in education, edtech, or services)
• Deep understanding of digital marketing, branding, and campaign execution
• Experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM, and analytics platforms
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
