About the Role:

🚨 We’re Hiring: Head of Marketing and Growth

📍 Remote | 🕐 Full-Time

We’re not hiring for the usual marketing role.

CMO who can deliver in 60 days

If you’ve ever thought, “Just give me 2 months, I’ll show what I can do” — this is that chance.

What You'll Own:

🟡 Internal Growth (Butterslate)

• Launch LinkedIn, Meta Ads, SEO & Cold Email
• Generate 150+ qualified leads in 60 days
• Build 3-stage funnel: Awareness → Lead → Sales
• Drive ₹5–6L revenue with founder

Client Marketing Leadership

• Manage 5–10 client accounts (branding, ads, PR, SEO)
• Run strategy, execution, reporting
• Own client calls, performance, and retention

Scale Systems

• Set up automation, reporting & SOPs
• Hire/manage interns or freelancers
• Establish Butterslate’s marketing engine for growth

Requirements

• 3–6 years in performance marketing/agency growth
• Pro at Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Cold Email
• Strong in strategy, execution & client management
• Startup-ready, high-output, founder mindset

Compensation Component Amount

Fixed Pay

₹15,000/month

Commission

Performance based commission Up to ₹65,000/month

Bonus + Equity

On hitting ₹5L+ revenue in 60 days

🎯 Total Earning Potential: ₹1L/month + future equity

Your 60-Day Sprint Timeline Deliverables

• Week 1–2

Launch campaigns, set up funnel, 50 leads

• Week 3–4

Close ₹2L revenue, manage 5+ client campaigns

• Week 5–6

Hit ₹5–6L total revenue, run 10 accounts, build scalable systems
